As a holistic health coach I strive to bring you the most nutrient-dense foods to fuel your day. 

The following are the standards I follow when preparing all Mindful Manna Meals, so that you can feel confident you're receiving high-quality, good mood food.

Raised without steroids, hormones, or antibiotics.

Protein, healthy fats, and vegetables. The balance you need to thrive.

Dairy Free

Because, who needs it?

It's the #1 clean food trend, for a reason.

How Does It Work?

One week buys you 5 meals. Use them for lunch, dinner, pre-workout meals, post-workout meals, or throw it in a bowl and present it to your mate- wherever and whenever it's convenient (and it is!)

You will receive 2 'bowl' style meals, 2 salads, and 1 protein plate.

Delivery is free within 5 miles of 63129. Every mile thereafter costs $1 per mile. There is not a pick-up option.

This is supposed to be convenient for you, remember?

The only plate you get to design is the 'protein plate.' You will select one protein option and two vegetable sides.
