Anxiety is no joke. It's becoming increasingly problematic for most people today.

It's not a huge surprise. Life is flying at all of us a million miles a minute. Between too many choices, fast-moving social media, and the world declining in multiple ways it can feel like an uphill battle when it comes to stress and anxiety.

I can truly say that breath work in general has changed my life. It has given me the ability to find calm in chaos, respond in situations with less reactivity, and physiologically calm my body.
