Hello Mindful Minute!


Here's the thing: I want to help you. Seriously. In any and every way that I can.

I believe that health has the power to transform mind, body, and spirit. I believe the more we take care of ourselves, the more we can take care of each other and the Earth we live in. I believe that you deserve vibrant health.

I have so much information and ideas of how to help swimming around in my head..pretty much daily.

So, what's a girl to do? What's the best way to spread information and education in today's age?

Videos! Duh.

I'm so excited to say that I have created a YouTube channel called The Mindful Minute. The purpose is to give you simple information that is important for you to know when it comes to your health. Sometimes this has to do with our lifestyle choices. Sometimes it's a simple healthy breakfast recipe to start your day. And sometimes it focuses on our brain and mental health. It will always be something that I believe is important!

I am really passionate about The Mindful Minute, because I believe it's a great way to educate and impact you with information that is relevant and helpful. There are 1000x1000x1000x infinity articles, blogs, videos, workshops, seminars, courses, etc. on how to be healthy! It can be straight up over-whelming. My goal and purpose with these videos is to give you information that is short, impactful, educational, and viewed through a holistic mindset.
