I had a lot of trial and error when it came to making smoothies.
Usually they came out real chunky, and not that sweet.
Sometimes they were really watery.
I couldn't get them cold without ice but the ice made it taste like water..
Sometimes they just flat out tasted (and looked) gross.
But of course, over time I learned.
Now, I make amazing smoothies almost daily.
Smoothies are awesome because you can fill them with nutrient dense fruits and veggies, and they are incredibly easy to consume.
They are easy to take with you, have as a snack or meal replacement, and they give you energy.
