My 6 month program is designed to help you create sustainable changes, that will impact your life forever. Each program is specifically tailored to meet your health- related goals. Don't worry if you have no idea what those are- we will determine them together! The one aspect I emphasis when working as my client, is that you will be responsible for change- as your coach, I am there to help motivate these behavioral changes, and guide you in the right direction. I believe it is you who is truly capable of making the necessary changes for optimal health and vibrancy.
- Two 50 minute sessions over Facetime or Skype each month
- Text and e-mail support
- Physical take-away action steps each time we meet
-Gym Tone: Workout sheets you can use at the gym to target specific muscle groups [i.e. arms, booty, legs, abs.]
-Kitchen Basics- A full shopping list to prepare your kitchen for the new cooking skills you will acquire when working on your health.
-Grocery Store Tour- We will tour your local grocery store together to give you a better idea of what to buy, where to find it, and what to avoid.
